Zscookbook is just that. My cook book. I’m not an aspiring celebrity chef. I’m just posting this for my own personal use and presuming that I can share this with friends. Many recipes are borrowed, which I credit. However, this website is my own personal take.
I have two goals with my cooking: first, food that is healthy but remains tasty; second, food that is tasty.
